Why is it so important the resurrection of Jesus Christ?

Answer: The resurrection of Jesus is important for several reasons. First, it demonstrates the immense power of God himself. Belief in the resurrection is to believe in God. If God exists, and if he created the universe and has power over it, it has the power to resurrect the dead. If it has not this power, it is not a God worthy of our faith and worship. Only the one who created life can resurrect after death, only He can reverse the ugliness of what is dead, and he alone can remove the sting that is victory over death and the grave (1 Corinthians 15:54-55 ). Raised Jesus from the dead, God reminds us of his absolute sovereignty over life and death.
Second, the resurrection of Jesus is a testimony of the resurrection of human beings, which is a fundamental principle of the Christian faith. Unlike all other religions, Christianity alone possesses a founder who transcends death and who promises that his followers do the same. All other religions were founded by men and prophets whose end was the grave. As Christians, we are comforted by the fact that our God became man, died for our sins, and rose again the third day. The grave could not hold him. He lives, and he now sits at the right hand of God the Father in heaven.
In 1 Corinthians 15, Paul explains in detail the importance of the resurrection of Christ. Some of Corinth did not believe in the resurrection of the dead, and in this chapter Paul gives six disastrous consequences if there is no resurrection: 1) the preaching of Christ does not make sense (v. 14) , 2) faith in Christ would be useless (v. 14), 3) all witnesses and preachers of the resurrection would be liars (v. 15), and 4) would be redeemed from sin (v. 17), 5) all former believers have died (v. 18), and 6) Christians are the most unfortunate of the earth (v. 19). But Christ has risen from the dead and "become the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep" (v. 20), ensuring that we follow him in his resurrection effect.
The inspired Word of God guarantees the resurrection of the believer for the coming of Jesus Christ's body (the church) to delight. Such hopes and insurance reside in a great song of triumph, as Paul writes in 1 Corinthians 3:55 p.m., "O death, where is thy victory? O death, where is thy sting?"
How do these verses relate to the end of the importance of the resurrection? Paul says, "... you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain "(v. 58). It reminds us that because we know that we will be resurrected to a new life, we suffer persecution and danger for the sake of Christ (vv. 29-31), as he did. The dead in Christ shall rise, and those who remain and who are alive at His coming will be changed and receive new and glorious body (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18). Why is the resurrection of Jesus Christ so important to salvation? He showed that God accepted Jesus' sacrifice on our behalf. This proves that God has the power to raise us from the dead. It ensures that those who believe in Christ they will not stay dead, but will be resurrected to eternal life. This is our blessed hope!
